Cancellation & Refunds
SIVAN CREATION believes in helping its customers as far as possible.
Under this policy:
SIVAN CREATION does not accept cancellations once an order has been placed on the website. However, a refund or replacement can be made for products if the customer provides a full, uncut opening video clearly showing the issue with the product.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team on WhatsApp at +91 88257 23163 or email at support@sivancreation.com along with a full cover opening video on the day of delivery itself. The request will be entertained once the SIVAN CREATION team has reviewed and verified the issue. This must be reported on the same day of delivery.
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, please bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team on the same day of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision.
No complaints can be made regarding any of the products sold by SIVAN CREATION, as none of the products come with a warranty from us or the manufacturers.
In case of any refunds approved by SIVAN CREATION, it will take 7–15 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
